Every sport centre has its own ground rules, parking quirks and logbook routines. Hertop Sports Centre was built around the idea that a great booking is gone, the nagging worry about paperwork or gear should not stay in the car with you. Neither should the first twenty minutes of a session be spent figuring out who goes where.
This notebook is the same list we would hand you at the gate: what to bring, which queue to join, when to arrive and what gets signed before the whistle. It is kept local, practical and boring on purpose, so your visit starts from our first email, not the last one. Time on the calendar is time you can spend flying.
Behind these pages is the club that has been preparing visitors for years, logging every hiccup and the fix that worked. If we cannot find a ready answer, we say so right away, and point you to the person who can — usually the duty office by the car park. And afterwards we love to hear how it went, so next visiting pilot gets an even smoother run.
